Overview

Dr Janni Leung is a research fellow within the Queensland Centre for Mental Health Research’s Psychiatric Epidemiology and Burden of Disease (PEABOD) Group and holds a position within The University of Queensland’s School of Public Health.

Janni’s role in PEABOD is the epidemiological modelling of drug use disorders in the Global Burden of Disease Study. She has qualifications in public health, sociology, and psychology. In addition, she has strong research and teaching experience in epidemiology and biostatistics. Janni is dedicated to reducing health inequalities and improving the health of the population.
